CANCELLATION POLICY 

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS 

At Anushka B&B we are committed to providing the best quality and service to all our clients. We believe your time is just as valuable as ours, therefore we want to ensure that allocated time is dedicated just for you. To reschedule or cancel your booking without forfeit you are required to give minimum 24 hours notice of your appointment. If cancellations occur within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee. No shows will not be tolerated, and will be charged 100% of the service fee and required to pay in full prior to any future bookings. Cosmetic Tattoo bookings require minimum 5 days notice 

for any changes, cancellations or change of mind. Anything within 5 days of your scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit. 

 

 

DEPOSITS

Anushka B&B requires any online bookings to pay a 50% booking deposit. This deposit will secure your appointment at your selected time and will come off the overall service fee on the day. Deposits are nonrefundable, or transferable. If you cancel before the 24-hour window your deposit will revert to a credit on your account for your next appointment. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS 

We are running a fast pace fully booked clinic daily, and rely on running on a timely schedule to ensure everyone gets to enjoy their experience at Anushka B&B. 

 

We have a 5-10 min late arrival window, any longer than this your appointment may need to be forfeited, resulting in a cancellation cost of 100% of the service charge. 

 

SAME DAY APPOINTMENT CHANGES

When you book services at Anushka B&B we allocate time, experienced therapists, rooms & equipment for you. If you can no longer get part of the treatment you booked, you need to give at least 24 hours notice as per our cancellation policy for any changes to your booking. Otherwise, you are required to pay 100% of the service fee.
